San Miguel Workshops offers retreat-style writing workshops in the genres of memoir, fiction, poetry and screenplay. Celebrated authors and teachers from around the world join San Miguel Workshops to provide inspiring classes, innovative instruction and private critiques. "Ashtanga Yoga is for everyone"

Fabienne's style is informative, challenging and life enhancing. She specializes in giving step-by-step instruction in the fundamentals of ashtanga yoga. Which is a sequence of stretches linked with deep breathing and graceful movement.

Monday thru Friday 10 AM.
Tuesday and Thursday 4 PM.

Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays are Level 1 classes (beginners).
Classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday are Level 2 classes (intermediate).

Level 1... These classes are suitable for the new student of yoga, and can challenge the more experienced practitioner to go deeper into the fundamentals of their practice.
Level 2... There classes are crafted to support students as they move into an intermediate practice.
Fabienne holds 5 yoga retreats a year in Mexico.
