Our property is one of the few available for rent in this peaceful, exclusive residential area. Only ten minutes walk from the vibrant centre of San Miguel, the house is light filled and very interesting, surrounded by beautiful lush gardens with contemporary water features. Orange, lemon and avocado trees plus a wealth of different bougainvillea colours. There is a large indoor Jacuzzi, sheltered courtyards, and a giant palm in one of the lawned areas.

The house is suitable for two couples, yet not for young children or pets; we have an loveable outside cat. Babies and older children by arrangement only. No smoking. Off street parking is available within garden.

Fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry room. Rent includes Direct TV and VCR, local phone and incoming calls, maid (daily service except Sundays--simple cooking by prior arrangement), and a gardener.
